My air-conditioner won’t cool

Review the remote settings are set to cool and ensure your remote and head unit communicate.

Close all your windows and doors.

Turn the  air-conditioner off at the outside isolation switch for a few minutes and then switch back on.

A blinking light or flashing light indicates your air-conditioning  has a fault. You will need to contact an electrical or refrigeration technician. Some electrical companies will be able to service both electrical and refrigeration.

Does a split system work as an air-purifier?

No, split system air-conditioning systems are not designed to purify the air. A dedicated air-purifier with a HEPA filter is designed to filter the atmosphere for smoke, viruses and pollution.
